Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and WiseLux Wealth, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

Our Services

WiseLux Wealth provides financial education and coaching services, including:

• One-on-one financial coaching sessions
• Group financial education workshops
• Corporate training programs
• Educational resources and tools
• Financial calculators and assessments
• Newsletter and content subscriptions

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Content and trademarks may not be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (or if a minor, you have received parental consent)
• You will not access the services through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content to create a collection, database, or directory without our permission
• Making unauthorized use of the services, including collecting usernames or email addresses
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the services
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the services
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person
• Selling or transferring your profile
• Using the services in an effort to compete with us
• Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents

Financial Education Disclaimer

You should consult with licensed professionals (financial advisors, tax professionals, attorneys) before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from decisions you make based on our educational content or coaching services.

Payment Terms

All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect services already purchased.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All payment disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Packages: All coaching and training packages are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed the content.

Subscriptions: Newsletter subscriptions are free and can be cancelled at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of: (1) your use of the services; (2) breach of these Terms of Service; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (5) any harmful acts toward any other user of the services.

User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the services for the purpose of managing the performance of the services, as well as data relating to your use of the services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the services.

You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the "Parties" and individually, a "Party") shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Maryland, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our services.

We cannot guarantee the services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, for any reason, and without notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of the Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service.
